Vancouver, Victoria and most of British Columbia stopped seasonal clock changes after March 8, 2026. They now remain at UTC−07:00 year-round and use the provincial abbreviation PCT. During the U.S. standard-time season, those B.C. communities are one hour ahead of Los Angeles and Seattle.
