Cat Age Calculator

Human Year Equivalent:

Cats are masters of aging gracefully, but their biological clock moves much faster than ours. A one-year-old cat is roughly equivalent to a 15-year-old teenager. By age two, a cat has reached the human equivalent of 24 years old. After age two, each feline year is roughly four human years.

This tool helps cat owners understand their pet's needs. A "Senior" cat (11-14) has different needs than a "Geriatric" cat (15+). You can also use our Exact Age Tool to find out exactly how many days your cat has been with you, or check their Half-Birthday.

If you have multiple pets, compare their stages with our Dog Age Calculator to see who is truly the "oldest" in human terms.
