GMT+6 is six hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time. It is the standard time for Bangladesh, Bhutan, and large parts of Kazakhstan, including its capital, Astana. The British Indian Ocean Territory also uses this offset. None of these regions currently observe Daylight Saving Time.
