GMT+13 is thirteen hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time. It is used as the year-round time for the nations of Tonga, Samoa, and Tokelau. It is also used as New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT) during the summer. Samoa famously jumped to this side of the International Date Line in 2011 to align with its trading partners.
